"Thank you for being there... and are so glad we have you"  Mary M, client

PSCA is made up of professional experts each with over 30 years of experience in their fields.  Philip S. Coppola, President of PSCA, has two degrees from the School of Architecture of the City College of New York.  He is a Certified Construction Inspector (CCI), a licensed contractor (ROC257844), and an Emeritus member of the American Institute of Architects (Assoc. AIA).  He is also a trained panelist by the American Arbitration Association (AAA).  Philip also holds a patent on a foundation system used in expansive soils.

In February of 2005 Mr. Coppola decided to take the talent he has gained over the last 30 years and combine it with other experienced persons in construction.  In doing so he formed PSCA.  Since that time PSCA has continued to grow and has earned the respect of its peers.

Mr. Coppola has been involved with projects throughout Arizona, New Mexico, Utah, Colorado, California, Hawaii, Texas, Washington, D.C., Maryland, Virginia and North and South Carolina.  International projects include Belize City, Belize, and Tanzania Africa.

At PSCA our goal is to provide comprehensive and professional services to our clients while balancing the costs  of the work with the needs of the project.
